This notice explains how Flowline Robotics uses your personal information, and your rights over it. It is written for learners, and for the employers and sponsors we work with.

Who we are

Who we share it with

We share your information only where there is a basis to do so: with the tools that run the programme (for example the learning platform, the CRM, and the payment provider), and, where you or your employer have agreed, with an employer or funder for outcome reporting. We do not sell your data.

Where your data is held

Your data is held in the business tools we use. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it. Learning and certificate records are kept longer so we can confirm your achievement and meet any funding or legal requirement.

Your rights

AI and automated decisions

We use AI to help with some tasks, such as drafting messages and supporting marking. A person always checks the result. We do not make decisions about you, on your place, your assessment or your payment, by automated means alone.

How to contact us, or complain

For any data question, or to exercise a right, contact us at michael.flowline@icloud.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would ask you to raise it with us first so we can put it right.
