Making the way work happens clear, and better
Most operations grow one fix at a time, until nobody has the whole picture and the documentation no longer matches reality. Flowline Robotics puts that right: a clear map of how work flows, a tidy set of procedures, and a sensible view of where AI helps.
Process mapping and architecture
End-to-end process maps and multi-level taxonomies in BPMN 2.0. See how work really flows, from first contact to done, with owners and hand-offs made clear.
SOP rationalisation and document control
Cut duplication and bring order to your procedures. One controlled set of documents, versioned and owned, instead of scattered files that drift out of date.
AI and automation opportunities
Find the places where AI or automation genuinely helps, weigh up the value, and put the governance around them so they are safe to run.
Operating models and onboarding
Design the system behind a service, from quote to completion, so a growing business runs on clear, repeatable steps rather than memory.
AI & Generative AI Practitioner Programme
An 18-week, live online programme that takes a non-technical team from no prior knowledge to using generative AI confidently and safely at work.
Plain, practical, and built to last
Documents people use
Clear language and a sensible structure, so procedures actually get followed rather than filed and forgotten.
At home in regulated work
Experience across financial services, central government, utilities and B2B, where accuracy and an audit trail matter.
Nothing lives in one head
Processes and decisions written down and owned, so the business keeps running when people move on.
Who is behind Flowline Robotics
Flowline Robotics is led by Michael Ahmed, a senior business analyst and process specialist with around twenty years across financial services, central government, utilities and B2B operations. The work is hands-on: mapping how organisations really operate, rationalising their documentation, and finding where AI and automation add real value.
Alongside the consultancy, Flowline Robotics runs the AI & Generative AI Practitioner Programme, a live training course that helps non-technical teams put generative AI to work safely. The same thinking runs through both: understand the process, write it down clearly, and use technology where it genuinely helps.
